What about 150 or 200W?

Should say right in the socket. Most are more like 40-60W depending on the fixture.

I agree, the wattage rating is supposed to be on the fixture.
It is dangerous to install a larger bulb that rated.

If you need more light the fixture would have to be replaced except in some cases if there is no dimmer installed, you can install the rated wattage in a compact fluorescent and get more light.
