I just installed two Maestro Dimmers (3way with one master and one companion) in my lighting circuit. I have 4 6" recessed cans on this switch. I tried using 4 dimmable CFLs (Philips Marathon Classic 85w) and they did not work. With the dimmer at its highest setting the lights would blink on and off. Also, I could not control the lights from the companion dimmer.

Will any dimmable CFLs work with the Maestro? If not what is my alternative - I'm currently looking to get the Philips Halogena Energy Savers (40w = 65w)
