Toilets, Sinks, Showers, Tubs and Disposals - Mobile Home..waste smell from main drain pipe

I put a new toilet in our mobile home a couple months ago. It had been leaking badly. A week ago I noticed a strong waste odor when I walked in after work. I looked at where our main drain pipe comes out and goes to the pipe that drop into the ceptic system and saw no leaks. It did look like it may be backing up a bit out of that main pipe as I saw a puddle a couple feet away from it and that is where it was a few months ago when the ceptic system backed up and we had to replace the main down pipe coming from our home. There is also a bubble that occurs whenever we flush the toilet. They said they checked their system and there are not any backups as there was last time. I hope you all can help us with this.
