The new kitchen faucet is in, but it has four tubes coming out the bottom. However, all I need to install is the hot, cold, and sprayer. What's the fourth tube for?

More info on the make and model of the faucet would be a good start. We could pull up the manuals online or go to the manufacturers web site to reference the instructions there.
I can only take a guess based on nothing but here goes. Perhaps you have a spout separate from a one handled mixer and a separate sprayer. That makes 4 connections at the mixer.
1. A single line from the mixer to the spout
2-3. Hot and Cold feeds to the mixer
4. A single line from the mixer to the sprayer.
More info would help.

Here's a link to the faucet.
Glacier Bay Builders Single-Handle Hi-Arc Kitchen Faucet, Brushed Nickel - F87J4606BNV at The Home Depot (http://www.homedepot.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10051&langId=-1&catalogId=10053&productId=100644766&N=10000003+90401+501714)
Not sure where it would connect to the spout. All four tubes come directly out of the mixer from the same spot.

I would have to assume two are inlets for your supply lines and one goes to the spout one to the sprayer.
I would have thought you would have been supplied with the connections to the spout and the sprayer. Also at least with a conventional sprayer the fitting size is much smaller than a supply line assuming the supply line fitting is the common 1/2 male pipe thread.
Sprayers usually comes as a kit set up with hose, head and all fittings. And as for the spout since that connection is not a common part sold at hardware stores etc I'd have to expect it to come with the faucet.
If you don't have some of these items you might want to return it and/or make sure you have what you are supposed to have.

That did the trick. All is well.
Thanks!
