I have a 4 yr old ventless Heatmaster Firebox Model HVF-36. Worked great until this morning. May have turned the fireplace metal key too far when attempting to turn on the gas. Now can't move the key in either direction. Gas logs will not ignite either. I snapped the key in half trying to turn it back to the off position. I have another key but it simply will not turn in any direction. Hope someone can help!
