This past weekend I changed the Thermocouple on my furnace and it was working fine until today. Now, when I ignite the pilot light, it will not stay lite.

I followed all directions in the Honey Well manual. It tells me to turn the knob to "pilot" hold down the red button lite the pilot and hold for one-half minute. Then turn to "on". Ive done that numerous times, once I let the red button go the pilot light goes out. It will not stay on.

Can anyone help me?

It sure sounds like a thermocouple problem. Check that the fitting is snug in the gas control and that the thermocouple bulb is wrapped in flame from the pilot light.

Is the pilot flame enveloping the top 1/3 of the thermocouple? If not, especially if the pilot flame is small, the pilot burner probably needs cleaning.
