The elements were replaced 9-12 months ago.

Turned the breakers off and reset the E.C.O.

When I turned the brekers back on, I heard a click sound from the water heater. Nay suggestions as to what might be causing this & no hot water?

You have to check for current at the element. If you have juice, partially drain the tank, remove the top element and test it.
