I have several boxes of ceramic, porcelain and Durango tile left over from projects. Can I store these in an attic which can get over 100 degrees in the summer and to about -20 degrees in the winter without doing damage to the tile?
Thanks,
Ron

Temperature extremes in attic would likely have little effect on tile, although it does expand and contract. It is outdoors where frost proof tiles should be used because they are also exposed to moisture. There freeze/thaw can damage tiles because they absorb moisture, which expands when frozen.
