I have two velux electric blinds in skylights. They both work on the same switch. One works perfectly, the other one will not go down at all. It will go up but only if I keep toggling the switch from "down" to "Up". When going up, it stops after a few inches. There is nothing snagged or tangles in the blinds & strings. The spring mechanisms in the side rails are working well.
It seems electrical in nature. I can't seem to find out how to take the housing off to inspect the gears, etc.
Any suggestions?

This is something you will need to contact the manufacturer to repair. If you attempt to disassemble the skylight, you my void your warranty.
