when I put on the thermostat of fan to on, no fan at all.
When I put on auto, and put thermostat on heat, the outside unit is runnnig, but fan not comes up, THEN AFTER A WHILE, THE OUTSIDE UNIT STOPS, NO HEAT AT ALL. bUT, IF THE AUXILARY (EMERGENCY) HEAT COMES ON THEN THE FAN STARTS, AND HEAT COMES UP.. any idea...?
thanks

Sounds like something is wrong with the main blower in your air handler.
it can either be a bad motor, or control, or relay.
Do you have a meter to take some reading for us?

At the air handler, we need to take a low voltage reading between G and C with the t-stat switch to fan ON.
if you are reading 24 volts, then we know the t-stat is working and wire is OK.
Then we need to take a line voltage reading at the relay/control where the blower motor hooks up to.
If you are getting a reading, then it's the motor.
Will need make and model of your air handler.

Might try Jump R to G at the stat. should get blower if not then check the fan relay. If it runs then it can be in the stat
