Hello,

I have a shower that when I turn the knob to switch it from faucet to shower it will not complete the process. It will move water to the shower head but water still come out of the faucet.

How do I fix that?

Without more info I would think the problem is the diverter.Repair would depend on the exact design of the faucet.If it's a conventional designed three handle faucet then the diverter acts much like a faucet stem and will have a washer on the end of it that controls water flow.It sounds like that washer or whatever this faucet uses to divert the water has worn and is no longer completely sealing when tightened.

Sorry if I didn't provided enough info. Good call on your part though. I do have a three nobs.

I am familiar with handle leaks and this sounds like it requires a similar solution.
