I am in Hawaii, high ceiling, high temp, hi humidity. I have a 5 ton A/C unit on the roof. The input duct is immediately thru the roof, straight down for 20', 90 deg elbow, all the rest is horizontal. I get a lot of dripping at the elbow. Would insulation wrap help and where should it be placed?

Make sure all seams are sealed! All of duct needs to be wrapped!

Use duct wrap insulation with an integral vapor barrier, and seal all seams air tight.
