I have a Garbage disposal that is not working.....I hear the motor running but it's not spinning inside I was wondering if anyone could help me solve the problem or if I need another one installed.

Prob need new. You can put an allen wrench in the bottom and move it back and forth to free jams.
If the motor is really spinning, not just humming, and the blades aren't moving...then new is prob the only answer.
