The model number is E04174Q and the serial number is M0042442. I really need help rewinding the video because I was robbed last night. Someone please help I really need it. It is about 17" and white I think it is kind of old. I just bought this store a few months ago but I don't know how to use the machine. There is no remote or booklet or anything I would really appreciate anything anyone can do thank you.

Ummm, what _brand_ is the recorder.

For the most part, the controls work just like those on a residential VCR/DVR. The only real difference is the recording speed.

it is an Exxis but the only controls on the front are menu, 1, 2, 3, 4, Q/A, VCR, and Talk. There is also no remote as far as i'm concerned

If you don't have a security VCR connected to the output of this monitor with built in multiplexer, then you _have_no_recording_ to view.
