Hi,

We recently had a used Potscrubber installed and it appears to work fine, except my sis feels the wash cycle runs much too long. As there is no user manual, can anybody tell me if we can set it to run a shorter cycle and still have clean dishes? When I turn it on, it hums loudly (no water seems to go in), but if I move the dial a fraction water starts running in. Is that noise normal?

Thanks for any help you can give me.
