Okay, I'm freaking out. I installed a new light over my sink in the kitchen. I've done lighting before. But now for the twist. After installing my new fixture, I turned the power back on and nothing........., nothing connected to that pitcular soarce of power works. I uninstalled the light, and still no power to any device connected to that breaker. So now I could give a dam about the light I need help getting power back on to that breaker. Please help!!!!! DEBB

You've given us absolutely nothing to go on.
Give us details. How many wires and cables and what colors come from the ceiling? What kind of old fixture did you remove? How many wires and what colors came from the old fixture? How was everything connected previously? What kind of new fixture did you install? How many wires and what colors come from the new fixture? How did you connect it up?
A very common mistake is to have a switch loop and not understand how it is wired. New fixture instructions usually tell you to connect all wires by matching color, but those instructions are incorrect when a switch loop in involved.
One key that you might have a switch loop is if there are more than one wire of each color in the ceiling box, and if some of those wires were not connected to the old fixture, and if there is a white wire connected to the switch that controls the fixture.
