I have been having quite the time trying to figure out how to get this PC1555RKZ to work... not having an LCD display makes everything quite difficult.
When I wire the keypad to the circuit board, the Ready light, System light, and zone 7 light come up. The keypad beeps twice every 10 seconds and no matter what I press, the keypad doesn't beep (basically I get no response for pressing any of the keys and the keypad continues to beep twice every 10 seconds).
I understand that a system light + zone 7 means Device Low Battery, but what device has low battery? The keypad? The only other 2 things hooked up to the circuit board are 2 motion detectors.
If anyone can give me advice or help on how to fix this, it would be most appreciated.

1555rkz is the keypad model. Are you actually connecting it to a PC1555 motherboard? If so, you may have your data connections for the keypad miswired.
No, system light + zone 7 does _not_ indicate device low battery. You only get the by pressing *2 and comparing that to the trouble chart in the manual. Since your keypad is non-responsive, that issue needs to be fixed first.
Assuming that you do, in fact, have a PC1555, do you have the installer manual?
The LCD keypad makes no real difference, the system was designed to be programmed via a LED keypad, it just makes you spend less time in the section of the manual titled "how to program".

Yes, the motherboard I am connecting the keypad to is a PC1555MX.
I have checked the wiring and everything is correctly wired; Red and Black going to "+ Aux -" on the circuit board and Yellow and Green going to "Yellow" and "Green" on the circuit board as well.
No I do not have the installers manual.

Websearch using the phrase "DSC PC1555 installer manual"
It will make things a lot easier if you have the reference available.
If you have all connections made correctly, the keypad should be responsive. If the keypad is not responding, then either the keypad or the motherboard are faulty.
The only thing I can think of is if the keypad somehow got set to a partition address.
Try pressing and holding 1 for a few seconds to see if the keypad starts responding.
