Very tight budget. Purchased secondhand wood stove at country auction. Now must install in 12 x 30 portable steel bldg. in which we are currently living. Have hearth pad. 6" pipe must go straight up out of top of stove and out angled roof of bldg., through interior wall, insulation, and steel skin. Steel skin is ridged--6" between each screwed together section. How to seal? Best idea thus far is to buy the appropriate kit, go as far as possible, then use local metal fabrication shop to help by duplicating the ridged exterior of roof. Any knowledgeable advice much appreciated before I freeze. Thanks.
