model 11060982990. Runs but doesnt produce heat. What's the problem?

!st check to see if you have 240 to dryer.
UNPLUG DRYER
Open lower panel and you will see the heater (right side) 2 wires on side in front are to heater, check continuity through heater, Look side of heater in back there are 2 thermostats the one in back is the high limit one and it can also go bad. The thermostat to be good have continuity.
Have you been having long dry times (more than 1 cycle to dry clothes?)

Also, if you have 2 separate fuses, instead of circuit breaker, one fuse can go bad, and yet the dryer can still spin, except no heat.
