I want to have a 19in. t.v. come up from where the window is so I can watch it from the deck. So when I open the window the t.v comes up from inside the wall and behind the window. The t.v. is around 3in. thick and the wall is a standard size wall. How would I go about doing this?

You're kiddin' right? Have you given any thought as to how you would keep this area weatherproof? Ever thought about a table with wheels that you could turn around when you are on the deck? Honestly, I don't have any idea how you could accomplish this.

It would probably be easier to come up with something mounted to the inside wall surface under the window than inside the window itself.I agree that weatherproofing the wall well enough to protect electronics would be difficult. This would have been possible at the time the building or wall was constructed but now would a tough job for a variety of reasons such as the studs within the wall under the window having to be removed and so on.

I'd reach out to high end and/or specialty electronic retailers for ideas.I suspect money is going to be a serious issue here...it ain't gonna be cheap.
