I bought the arche shade from Home Depot for the top of my window, but it does not fit. The arche holder's deep is 1 inch and a half while my arche frame is just half inch. I obviously can not place the holder on the top of the frame. Can you please help me how to fix it or show me where I can buy a right arche shade for my window?

Some windows because of size or in your case thickness, need a custom made treatment. I don't think you'll find a readymade for a 1/2" deep recess, as far as I know and there's no way to "fix" it.
Perhaps you can find something made for an outside mount rather than inside.
You should be making a template of the arch (half a one will do) and measure everything before you go to a store, so that someone can better help you.
