Its an oldie (12yrs), dishes coming out with dried food(?) on them that was not there when I started the cycle; also all the water is not draining out of the drain when its done. I took the cover off the drain area last night and cleaned that but I cannot get the standing water out of the bottom. Is it time to replace?

i had the same problem with a ge profile, the cause was a worn piston and nut. the part was $15.00 and 150.00 labor, and took about 20min to fix.
