I have a 20 year old GE drop-in stove JDP36GP3AD. The clock/oven control has gone out so the oven does not work properly. The part is WB27K5073 that is not made by GE any longer. I have searched many parts websites, but no one has it. Is there a suggested alternative? I know GE does not give one, but the unit is in good shape.

A drop in stove? Yet you say it has an oven?

Anyway, have you made sure the timer is in the "manual" position?

It is a drop-in oven/stove. The clock/ovn control is digital. To run the oven you have too press bake and then set the temperature to the desired level with the up and down arrows. Unfortunatley, it does not have a manual setting.
