Hello,
I have a very frustrating situation. I have an electronic door knob on my front door. It was on the door when we bought the house, yet I know nothing about it. I do not know what brand it is, or how to change the code. I happen to know the code, but I would like to change it and cannot find online instructions to do so. The doorknob has a small red LED display right above the doorknob and the way to open the lock is to twist the door knob in either direction stopping on the desired number momentarily before twisting to the next number. After you successfully complete the combination the LED display flashes "U" (for unlocked) and the door is open. Any information about what brand of lock this is would be very helpful. I have attached pictures of the knob both from the inside and the outside.
Thank you
