Hi all! This is my first post. I have just purchased a house and it has a concorde express alarm system installed. The system was installed by the owner before the previous one. I am wondering if it is at all possible to reset the master code? Thanks!

There are 3 issues here:

First, if both master and installer code have been changed, you will have to default the panel, which erases all of the current settings for zones, etc.

Second, you need the full alpha keypad to program, (a lot of these were installed with the fixed alpha keypads).

Third, there is a "dealer" code that sometimes got used that will not clear with the hardware default (it's not _commonly_ used but a few fanatics set them).
