I am having trouble enrolling a 5808LST smoke into my Vista 15P. I have tried to both manually enroll the serial number as well as doing it remotely (from the tamper switch on the smoke itself) and the system does not register it at all. I do have an RF keypad on the system.

Anyone have any suggestions?

List out the keystrokes you tried, sometimes it's the small things that get skipped that cause the problem.

hi what type of keypad are using you need a 6160 cant do with a 6150rf keypad

How many other wireless zones are you using? I believe the
6150rf will allow you 16 zones. If your smoke is the 17th
wireless zone, that's your problem. Also, check the batteries
in the smoke. What loop are you programming? Where did you
buy the wireless smoke? Do you have experience programming
or is this the first device your attempting yourself? We need to know more before we can give you an accurate answer. :coffee:
