I'm back. My Stihl BG72 leaf blower will start when I prime the carburator but once the primer fuel burns off it shuts down. Seems like it is not pulling gas from the tank but can't figure out why. The primer bulb fills when I pump it.

Usually you prime it by pumping about 5x. Choke it, pull until it starts... then immediately cut the choke down to it's midpoint. If it dies before you get the choke cut down, leave the choke on half and pull until it starts again- you may need to hold the throttle down while you do this. After it starts it'll run on half choke for about a minute, then the choke can go off.

This has worked for me with Stihl products, so hopefully it will help.
