Hi,
I painted my kitchen cabinets 1 year ago, it was primed and applied 2 coats of a water based white paint, now there are lots of spot of paint coming out, (I wished I had sanded it, oops ) , I would love to have a aged glaze style but dont know how to fix my paint problem, any suggestions??? please help !!!

Not sure what you mean by "spot of paint coming out", but if you primed over the cabinets without sanding or thoroughly cleaning, you will likely have more spots. Cooking grease, fingerprints ,etc., have to be cleaned with TSP or similar, before priming, sanding is recommended. Even primer will not stick to that. So if the primer does not adhere, neither will the paint.
