Hello,
After much and many service calls I have come to the realization that the company that is currently monitoring my security service is not performing. I have had my service for 11 years and in the past 10 years, never had occasion to use the montoring problem resolution. My orignal company has been bought out and my account is now poorly maintained by the current corporation.
My questions is:
How can I move my services?
What do I need to know about the lock out feature.
Can I request the service be unlocked
What can I see from my keypad in terms of the configuration?
I have the install worksheets and the programming guide.
The current customer service contact has been checking on these questions for a week with no reply.
Many Thanks for your input.

Read through the FAQ, and other posts about DSC power series panels.
If the installer lockout has been set, and the installer will not reset the installer code to factory default, or a code of your choice, all you can do is replace the motherboard.
You can always ask for them to reset the installer code, they will probably charge a service call charge to do so (still cheaper than a motherboard). In some local areas and states, it's actually mandated by law that they unlock your hardware if it is paid for and all contract obligations have been met.
Once you get into installer mode, you can see all programming.
