This is a relatively new dishwasher that is starting to experience an abnormal noise; however, it does not do it consistently.

Here is a video of it working correctly during the wash:

If I open the dishwasher during the noise, it looks like the water is being properly circulated inside the tub and through all the racks.

Thanks for any advice on what part might be causing this.

First thing to check for is any hard debris that might be caught in the pump area. It will be necessary to disassemble the pump assembly from inside the dishwasher to get to all areas.
