I am replacing my vinyl deck and need to know if I can put new plywood over the old plywood

Welcome to the forums!! Exactly where is the plywood? Normal deck installations don't use plywood. Is it possible you are replacing the vinyl flooring in a covered screened porch? Just guessing. Need more information to give a good answer.
