What is the difference between "OO" & "EP-O" grease? Is EP "extreme pressure"? Which one is thicker and sticks better?

I don't know what EP-O grease is. I use 00 grease in most gear transaxles that require grease, regardless of what grease they recommend using. 00 grease has worked well for me, and it is runny enough to run back into the working parts instead of being so thick that it squeezes out and sticks to the case and never gets back into the gears again.
