Has anyone converted a Monogram LP gas grill (Model number ZGG36L31CSSS) to NG. If so, please share process and results. GE service center says it is not possible. My bet is they just don't want the risk.
Thanks

In order to convert the grill from LP to Natural, you would need to replace the included LP regulator with a natural gas appliance regulator and change all of the individual burner orifices.
If the individual orifices can not be changed as they are sometimes fixed orifices (non removable), each would have to be drilled out to the correct drill size corresponding with the BTU load for that burner. Extreme caution should be taken when drilling out a fixed orifice as to not get the shavings into the valve body and not drilling too deep into the valve assembly to damage it. Additionally, if you drill it out too big, you will likely have to replace the valve assembly.
