Fills up with water. Timer is the only thing that makes noise. Does not agitate. Will spin! Timer goes thru entire cycle. What could possibly cause it to not agitate?

Are you sure not spinning and not just draining out the water. Put the timer in spin cycle and open lid , Push lid switch down and see if the basket is spinning. If it's not you need a drive coupler. Let us know If it is spinning.
