We have a Model 95804000 (Ceran Top) Oven that will shut off only upon unplugging it. The Stove Top was also displying lights on Left Rear and Right Rear as well as Left Rear although the burners were indeed OFF.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Is this a newer type unit with digital display/control?
If it weren't, I've ran into your problem already when the oven control switch (the dial with the numbers that go from warm like up to 500...and which unbeknownst to many people is also where that long temperature probe in the oven plugs into) got out of calibration, and I had to access the switch and get a tiny eyeglass screwdriver and turn the set screw to get it back in calibration and make the contact points inside the switch to open back up.
Now what this had caused was that the oven would remain on, but WARM. Now, if yours somehow is staying say at some real hot temperature that was at your last temperature setting, then what I described for MY fix would not be your problem. If you have digital control it could be something messed up on the board.
