Go to the pansat home page.It will give you the info to set up a free to air system.If your looking for someone to tell you how to use it to pirate dish network , your in the wrong forums!

If you want to go the FTA route I would first off recommend waiting as the current technology will be obsolete very soon. On the other hand current tech is super cheap.
I would recommend a Viewsat Ultra. I have installed lots of these systems for people. very easy to use. Uses a USB stick to install bin files.

Legitimate FTA technology isn't changing much anytime soon.
Pirate FTA may be though, as encryption technologies change.
