My furnace's draft motor never stops even after one full heating cycle, which it's supposed to stop!
This causes the pressure switch to stay closed even after the thermostat calls for heat the second time (after the initial heat cycle).
When I stop and start the main switch in my basement, the draft motor restarts thereby causing a full heat cycle to complete normally.
Is my control board malfunctioning or is there a relay or something that is preventing the draft motor from shutting down after one cycle??
Please please help - it's getting colder here.

Does the inducer fan motor stops after you turn power off, then back on? (no call for heat/stat set above room temp)
I am going to guess right now that the board will need to be replaced.. A relay is sticking, but the relay itself can't be replaced.
You could try tapping on the relays on the board itself. but wouldn't trust it for long term.

Thanks for the response Jay. When I switch off and on the main switch, the inducer fan starts running irrespective of the heat call from thermostat!
How can I locate the relays?? There are not on the service manual! I would want to try and tap on the relays first!
My worst case is to buy the control board however.

The relay are under the black box on the control board in the blower compartment... It's not a full size relay, it just part of the board it self.
