hello all, I purchased a new gas range for my kitchen and was able to convert from a natural gas orifice to the LP orifice on all the 4 burners, I also followed the instructions and "snugged" the adjustable broiler orifice. Those all seem to be working properly with a nice blue flame and not yellow. The baking one is giving me a problem. Not only is it yellow, but it is also very high. I have "snugged" the orifice as much as I did the one for the broiler but the flame is very high and yellow. I have also opened and closed the air shutter to no avail. Anyone have any ideas out there?? Do want to be so close to being all done, and have to call in the LP guy for $112 service call. Any help would be much appriciated. Thanks.

If the oven orifice is a coaxial (adjustable for LP) then I would suspect you didn't get it down far enough. OR the wrong orifice was supplied

If the broiler orifice is adjustable, the oven orifice likely is too. Judging from the flame description, it is not screwed in all the way.

Thanks all, it turns out I hadn't tightened the orifice enough. Even though it felt like I had no more turning left, I left it alone for a day, came back and I was able to tighten even more and now the flame is blue and approx. 1" in length.
Thanks again.
Thanks again.
