I have a 10x10 concrete slab outside the back door that I'd like to make into a screened, roofed patio. I'd love to do it myself, but have no idea where to start or what's involved.
Can anyone point me to further info?

best place to start would be look back at old posts and try to come up with ideas for what you want to accomplish, then post specific questions.
