Hi,
I have a John Deere L100 5 Speed Manual transmission Riding Mower & the gear selector must have slipped or something. If I select Neutral I now get Reverse, select 1st and I get Neutral, etc. I can't even select 5th gear.
Does anyone know how to adjust the selector?
Many Thanks.

I don't have specific directions for that mower, but generally there will be a nut you loosen on the shifter handle to adjust it, or there won't be an adjustment at all. If none, then the arm bent. If that's the case, I just block the shifter down low so it can't move and bend the upper part the direction it needs to go to select the proper gear.

Many Thanks Cheese,
I had a quick look and I think I can see the nut that you mentioned. It looks a little tricky to get to but I'll get the wrenches out at the weekend and give it a try.
Thanks Again.
