Got a dumb question, just built a garage attach to my house, I'm adding a couple of sensors for doors, and I want a add a keyboard in the garage couple with my house. Can I just hook the new keyboard to the same connection as the other one and they are gonna work together like magik??? They are 3 wire keyboards (power, input, output). Any advise before doing that???
Thanks

Probally...you can wire an additional keypad in parallel with the keypad bus wiring. Post back with your model number so we can check to see the maximum number of keypads you are allowed and the instructions to address the new keypad.

The one quirk with First Alert panels is that they are the only modified Ademco design where the keypads are often _not_ interchangeable with the standard Ademco keypads.
