I plan to install the vista 20PS in our new home. We had the same unit with 2 6270 and the voice keypad which I used for programming. The potential supplier says that the 6270 can be used in the graphic keypad mode to do the programming. Does anyone know if he is correct or do i need to get a 2 line alpha numeric keypad?

You can, but it is very sloooooowwwwwww. It will be worth getting a alpha keypad like the 6160 as well.
