No it does not (it'll learn in, but it no longer has a sensor group associated with it....it has no function).
The X-10 powerhorn siren does, however....

Hi I am new to this forum and I have a new Simon 3 alarm fitted on my house recently and I noticed afterwards that it was a dummy alarm box that they fitted outside the house. Im just wondering could I wirelessley activate a pair of self powered flashing leds like these eBay.ie: TWIN BLUE FLASHING LED - ALARM CCTV DUMMY DECOY LIGHT (item 250515150103 end time 15-Nov-09 12:27:23 GMT) (http://cgi.ebay.ie/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250515150103&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT) as an alarm on warning on the outside box and would one of thes x10 thingys work as a relay to switch them on and off with the alarm

I've moved the duplicated post from the end of the 5 year old thread.
If your system has the proper transformer for X-10, as long as there is a place to for the X-10 receiver to connect near where you want your gadget; sure, why not.
I'm not sure how X-10 protocals work with UK/Ireland voltages and frequencies, That's something you would have to research for yourself.
