Hello-
Please forgive my Newbie question. Just bought a new home. Long story short, it has Napco Magnum 1000 system, and in it (the system) are several PIR600/6800 Ir sensors. I have 3 cats and 2 large (80 lbs.) dogs. Can I simply swap the IR sensors for C200AP sensors?

Yup.
Hardwired motions are basically interchangeable.

I'm hoping "basically" means that they actually are! Now to the REAL issue...Do they work? Anyone have experience with the C200AP...is there a better pet immune sensor? Do I need to replace a Napco sensor with a Napco sensor?
Thanks again-

Are these animals roaming free in the house? With two 80 lb. dogs and 3 cats, I don't think any pet immune motion detectors is going to work without false alarms.

Usually just the cats (dogs would be with us)...either way, sounds like a mess.

You can still arm just the perimeter...the motions don't have to be on.
