I have moved in to a new house which has an alarm installed. The previous owners have given me the access code, but not the manual. I want to change the access code.

The system is an Optima MX6, a dated system but does the job. I am in the UK.

Any advice would be gratefully recieved.

Press the PROG button
Enter current code
Press 8
Enter new 4 digit code
Press Reset
