We're going to be getting a new Blue Star range with a tall backsplash and high shelf. I had wanted to install a pot filler, but I don't know if it is compatible with the high shelf model. I'm envisioning it would need to go through the backsplash, which is part of the range, but I'm now sure how or if this would work. Anyone know of this being done before, and if so, how was it done?

Couldn't you have the fixture mounted above the back splash and have a spout that comes down to the pot level?
