I'm sorry if this has been covered already but I haven't been able to identify my keypad model, I have a Safewatch Pro 3000EN ADT system installed in my home, can someone tell me how I identify the keypad model?

If it only displays zone numbers, it's a 6150 or other fixed language keypad; if it displays actual zone descriptors, it's a 6160 or equivalent.

Thanks, I believe it's the 6150 then. Is this keypad also the transceiver for the wireless sensors or would that be in the alarm box itself? I'd like to add some more window sensors and a motion detector, I know some keypads can't do programming, do you know if the 6150 can?

You need a keypad that displays english words, not just
numbers. The 6160 or an older 6139 is what you will
need to manually program any additional zones. Do you
know the installer code or if the panel is locked out of
programming or not? I think that should be your first
step to expansion.

I do have the installer code, can I install 6160 keypad and add more sensors using it?

First let me thank you both for responding, secondly let me apologize, after doing some more searching I found the same exact question posted here:

Once I get a 6160 I'm sure I'll be back for help in adding more sensors.

Thanks again.

One more question, when I get the 6160 can I just disconnect the 6150 and replace it with the 6160 without any problems, or is there some programming that will need to be done?

As long as the current keypad isn't an RF model, and therefore your wireless receiver, all you have to do is set the address to match the existing keypad (which should be 16).
