Where can I get about 80 inches of the pile used on sliding screen doors used to keep insects out? So far, I can only find 100 foot roles of pile weather stripping.

Check with any local hardware store or glass shop that repairs/manufactures screens. They should sell you a small amount.

Depending on the thickness of the pile, it shouldn't be that hard, but I have seen some screens with pile 1/2" or more. That might be a little tougher.
