I have wooden venetian blinds that need to be painted. Does anyone have tips on how to paint them short of removing all the slats and painting these by hand? Thanks

Don't know if this is the right way but I would take them outside and spray paint them. They've got so many new kinds of spray paints now, I'm sure there's one that would work well.

Ya, spraying would be easiest. Be sure they are clean enough so the paint will adhere well! Depending on the type of finish currently on them and the coating you intend to use - a primer might be needed.
Otherwise you can brush or maybe use a small roller - can be done, just not much fun.
