This must be something simple since I'm not finding any questions about replacing the sensor batteries.
This is a GE Concord Express 60-806.
Awhile ago I had a problem with a sensor. The tech came out, changed a battery and charged us $125.00. I figured I can do that and only pay for a new battery.
I replaced two batteries in two separate sensors. Now I get a reading of "Dining Room Front - Supervisory." We have to bypass now to set the system and we get that great "beep-beep" happening.
We thought it would reset when we tripped the zones, but that didn't help.
What do I need to do to complete the new battery installation? They are lithium 3.6v batteries. The manual simply says, "Call your service provider."
Thanks for any info you can send our way.

Assuming that you have put the battery cover back in place; I believe that normally, you only have to trip the zone to clear the zone trouble. You may need to enter your 1 + [code] to clear it.
